Richard Martin Huemer (1/2/1898-11/30/1979) received a Mousecar, the Disney Studio's Oscar in February 1973, and among the invited were (l. to r.) Jack Cutting, Bill Cottrell and Les Clark...

  1. These are images. Thanks for posting them.
By the way, were there any Danish animators/artists at Disney in the golden era?

  2. Thanks, Ken! No Danes, though Henning Dahl Mikkelsen tried. He was offered a job in layout, which he sadly declined. He then became well-known for a comic strip called Ferd'nand under the name Mik. There was one Norwegian, of course, Julius "Sven" Svendsen.
